RETURNS
We will refund or replace any item returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, with all of the labels intact. The cost of postage for returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Customers returning items must first contact us and stating the reason for the return / exchange. Returned items must include your full contact details including your address, telephone number and email. Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as was used for purchase.
